I need contracts for weapons.

06-11-2003, 15:27
I am currently seeking out a contract to mass produce a good general gun. I would actually like two contracts, one for a sidearm and one for a good rifle.

I would also like a good contract for a good fragmentation grenade.

If you have one I would also like a contract for a tank.

I would also like a contract for various naval vessals.

Lastly I would like a contract for an all-purpose/bomber airplane.

Please include pictures.

SABR: The target unit cost for SABR is $10,000, with initial fielding of 40,000 units.

What do you think? If you wish to go ahead, we can negotiate a contract.

We have a brilliant cheap Sidearm
06-11-2003, 19:10
Perhaps you might be interested in the R47 sidearm used by our own military. We have found it to be most useful, especially against armoured troops.

http://web-worthy.com/saab/graphics/models/pistol.jpg

Crvena Armoury R47

Designed around the same 4.7 x 33mm caseless round as Heckler & Koch's G11 assault rifle, Crvena Armoury's R47 pistol expands on the concept put forth by Fabrique National's Five-seveN pistol. Even though the DM11 4.7 x 33mm round is longer than the standard pistol round, or even the 5.7 x 28mm round used by the aforementioned pistol, the grip fits well into the hand, and the recoil impulse is minimal, even on three-round bursts.

Incorporating a threaded barrel for a silencer, the R47 is extremely quiet when so equipped. Without the need to eject spent cartridges, the R47 makes very little bolt noise and, when firing subsonic ammunition and silenced, is extremely difficult to hear in action. As well, the weapon includes an integral laser-dot sight, tactical light, and optical sight. Rather than an ejection port, the R47 includes a unique mechanism for pushing a chambered round back into the magazine.

The charging lever is pressed upwards to chamber a round and downwards to return it to the magazine. In the event that a full magazine is carried with one round in the chamber, simply eject the magazine and then depress the charging lever to drop the extra round out the butt of the weapon through the magazine well. When firing the weapon, the charging lever does not move at all.

Performance of this weapon is similar to that of the G11, though it is understandably less accurate over long ranges. Fully automatic fire is not provided for, though the R47 can fire three-round bursts at the G11's 2,000 rounds-per-minute rate, meaning the actual felt-recoil only affects the weapon after the last bullet in a three-round burst has exited the barrel, resulting in exceptional accuracy. As a result, and an interesting side note, a three round burst from this weapon looks and sounds like one loud single shot.

Cougar pistol (http://world.guns.ru/handguns/jericho.jpg)
Caliber: 9x19mm Para, .357 Magnum, 10mm Auto, .44 Magnum, .45 ACP, .50 AE
Weight: 1.34 kg
Length: 201mm
Barrel length: 108mm
Magazine capacity: 16/12/12/10/10/8 rounds
Effective range: 40-50m
This is a relatively simple and reliable automatic pistol available in a wide variety of calibers. Though recoil can be a bit of a problem with the more powerful rounds, it boasts decent accuracy and is not too expensive.
Cost: $285

Calico M950 Pistol (http://world.guns.ru/smg/calico950.jpg)
Caliber: 9x19mm Luger/Para
Weight: 1 kg empty, 1.8 kg w/ 50 round magazine
Length: 365mm
Barrel: 152mm
Magazine capacity: 50 or 100 rounds
Effective Range: 60m
This is the smallest in a series of 9mm weapons designed to use a special top-mounted helical magazine. This magazine comes in 50 and 100 round versions, giving this the highest magazine capacity of any pistol ever designed, though this weapon is only semi-automatic so the full benefits of the magazine capacity won’t be felt. It’s also longer ranged than most pistols, though this comes more from its greater size than anything else, and this weapon is a bit bulky, which is its only real drawback. A longer barreled version, the M951 (http://world.guns.ru/smg/calico960.jpg) is also available, and provides good longer-range firepower using standard pistol rounds.
Cost: $520, $800 (M951 carbine)

M-29 SABR OICW (http://world.guns.ru/assault/oicw.jpg)
Caliber: 20x85mm Grenade & 5.56x45mm NATO
Weight (total): 5.5 kg empty, 6.8 kg loaded
Weight (carbine alone): 2 kg empty
Length (total): 890 mm
Barrel length: 460 mm (GL), 250 mm (carbine)
Rate of fire: 10 rounds per minute (GL), 800 rounds per minute (carbine)
Magazine capacity: 6 rounds (GL), 20 or 30 rounds (carbine)
Effective range: 1000+ m (GL), 300+ m (carbine)
This is a two-part advanced infantry weapon that includes a small 5.56mm carbine (based on the G36) and a 20mm grenade launcher. A computer and laser rangefinder in the grenade launcher module allow for the round to be fuzed for airburst at any selected range over 200m, as well as standard impact fuzing. This gives the weapon much greater versatility than the M-16/Grenade launcher combo it's designed to replace. The only drawback is the lack of an arcing trajectory like other grenade launchers, which can be useful at times.
Cost: $10,000

G-11 Rifle (http://world.guns.ru/assault/g11_1.jpg)
Caliber: 4.7 mm caseless
Action: Gas operated, rotating breech
Overall length: 750 mm
Barrel length: 540 mm
Weigth: 3.6 kg empty
Magazine capacity: 50 or 45 rds
A revolutionary weapon that was initially conceived to replace existing assault rifles. It uses a unique 4.7mm caseless round, which has the bullet encased in a block of propellant rather than the traditional brass shell. When the round is fired, the entire casing is vaporized, leaving nothing left. This eliminates the need to eject spent cartridges, and allows the gun to achieve rates in excess of 2000rpm when firing a 3-round burst. At this rate, the bullets are fired out so quickly that the last one leaves the barrel before the recoil from the first is felt, generating phenomenally tight groupings. However, the weapon has a more traditional, though still respectable rate of 600 rpm on full auto. The weapon is, however, very expensive, and isn’t the best candidate for general use.
Cost: $1300

G36A5 assault rifle (http://world.guns.ru/assault/hk_g36.jpg)
Caliber: 5.56x45mm NATO
Weight: 3.3 kg empty
Length (stock closed / extended): 758 / 998 mm
Barrel length: 480 mm
Rate of fire: 750 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 30 rounds
Effective range: 750 m
A good assault rifle. Though not overly exceptional, it is a strong performer and, taking a cue from the R4, includes accessories like a compass and a can opener - the latter to prevent soldiers from using certain precision parts for that purpose.
Cost: $850

M-8 LAR (http://world.guns.ru/assault/xm8draw.jpg)
Caliber: 5.56x45mm NATO
Weight: 2.67 kg empty
Barrel length: 250mm
Rate of fire: 800 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 20 or 30 rounds
Effective range: 300+ m
This is a small, lightweight carbine based on the G36 assault rifle, and very similar to the KE module on the OICW. It’s intended to replace the somewhat unsuccessful M4 carbine, over which it has advantages of greater reliability, smaller size, and 20% lower weight.
Cost: $900

G3A6 assault rifle (http://world.guns.ru/assault/hk_g3a3_bayo.jpg)
Caliber: 7.62x51mm NATO
Weight: 4.5 kg
Length: 1023mm
Barrel: 450mm
Magazine Capacity: 20 rounds
An upgrade of the venerable G3 rifle, which has given sterling service to numerous countries over several decades. Though it's old and chambered for a larger round, the people of Clan Smoke Jaguar recognize that sometimes a 5.56mm weapon just won't do.
Cost: $425

Iron Cheetah Export (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/merkava4/images/merkava4_1.jpg)
Crew: 4 + 4
Combat Weight: 60,000 kg
Max Speed: 72 km/h
Max Range: 550 km
Armament: 1x120mm smoothbore, 1x12.7mm AAMG, 1x7.62mm AAMG, 1x7.62mm CMG
The reduced export version of the Iron Cheetah. It retains the electronics suite and most of the other advanced systems, but its gun and armor are only those of the M1A2. On the other hand, a lot of weight was saved in downgrading the vehicle, and it’s speed was correspondingly increased.
Cost: $4.6 million

Sabra MBT (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/sabra/images/sabra2.jpg)
Crew: 4
Combat Weight: 55,000 kg
Max Speed: 48 kmh
Max Range: 450 km
Armament: 1x120mm, 3x7.62mm, 1x60mm mortar
A massively upgraded M60 Patton MBT. This boasts a 120mm gun designed for smaller turrets, which has similar recoil to 105mm weapons, as well as upgraded armor, suspension, and the addition of a 60mm mortar.
Cost: $2.2 million (new), $1.75 million (upgrade of an existing M60)

M60-2000 MBT (http://www.mainbattletanks.czweb.org/Tanky/m602000.jpg)
Crew: 4
Combat Weight: 55,000 kg
Max Speed: 48 km/h
Max Range: 550 km
Armament: 1x120mm, 2x7.62mm, 1x12.7mm
Another upgraded version of the M60, this one boasting the complete turret of an M1A1 Abrams, as well as modern armor and suspension that bring it up to the M1A1 in almost every category but speed, but for only half the price.
Cost: $2.3 million (new), $1.9 million (upgrade of an existing M60)

M60 MBT (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/m60/images/m60_tank4.jpg)
Crew: 4
Combat Weight: 52,617 kg
Max Speed: 48.28 km/h
Max Range: 480 km
Armament: 1x105mm, 1x7.62mm CMG, 1x7.62mm AAMG
This is an old, Vietnam-era tank. In addition to the less advanced fire control and communications gear, it lacks the composite armor of most modern tanks, and is thus much more vulnerable to HEAT projectiles. However, it has only a fraction of the cost of newer models, and the 105mm gun (a variant of the exceptional British 105mm L7) gives it decent firepower. The vehicle is also quite easily upgraded, which makes it good for armies that are just starting out.
Cost: $500,000 (new), $300,000 (used)

M48A5 MBT (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ground/images/m48a5-1.gif)
Crew: 4
Combat Weight: 49,987 kg
Max Speed: 48.2 km,h
Max Range: 498 km
Armament: 1x105mm, 3x7.62mm MG
This is an upgraded version of the old Korean War-era M48, giving it the armament and fire control of the later M60. Though not as advanced as the M60, it's even cheaper, and still has room for improvements.
Cost: $450,000 (new), $200,000 (used)
