We also had a sucsusful test of a Sir Jono the second SLBM, it flew 20,000 kilometers, with 10 MIRVs each will hold a 250 kiloton warhead. We await to be threatened. What do you mean fussion nukes work like this in 3 stages. First a high explosive goes off (in this case H2N) then that pushes the fission weapons to critical mass. So they go kablooie and that generates enough heat that it fussionate Lithium Detirite, which then fissiles all the remaining plutoium. Happy?

No, thats not how a Fusion Nuke works. Fusion nukes work like this:

By the way, the heat from the fusion reaction would NOT cause the remaining plutonium to detonate as it is not at it's critical mass. Take a course or read up on nuclear reactions.

Hello leaders of Lima Beens, we would welcome you to the nuclear club if it were not for our own withdrawal from this metaphoric club… either way this communication serves as a message to say we respect your nuclear deterrent and to warn you against the use of such weapons in the future.

As you are no doubt aware, the affects of a nuclear weapon are somewhat… permanent. They despoil the land you use them against and the effects will kill many people even after a war is over, few nations have got around these after effects and as such we utterly condemn nuclear weapons. We hope future testing will take place in a simulator rather then some island where the radiation may contaminate parts of the ocean. Computers are more then capable of testing these weapons these days and we will be happy to supply some for you at no cost on agreement that you will not test these weapons for real.
Just because Iuthia no longer has a nuclear arsenal, does not mean that we are unprotected against nuclear strikes as we are now using part of Mega Tau’s NAFDA system which has been proven to be highly affective.

However, we will respect your rights to sovereignty and will not get involved in your affairs providing you don’t actively bomb nations without due provocation.

I really hope you're speaking for people who actually have nukes. If you're welcoming him as a member of the 'Nuclear Club', I feel the urge to ask where you got them from. Since when is it acceptable for less than a month old nations to have nuclear weapons?

An aide walks into the Jace's office, Dictator of the namesake country, which by the way is one of the worlds leading nuclear powers, and hands him a hotice saying Lima Beens has detonated a nuclear weapon...

Jace started down one train of thought, then lost it again due to his present state of a hangover...in the end he made a simple public adress to Lima Beens...

"Um, like...congradulations to Lima Beens, and I also welcome you to this so called Nuclear Club which I've never heard of before...", he pauses, trying to put another sentance together, "It is my persoanl opinion that there is nothing wrong with Lima Beens develepment of nuclear weapons, it is a right of every nation that if they get nuked they can nuke the other guy back...so then you like both die and no ones wins".
"But, um, anyway, if someone wants to attack Lima Beens just because he's toying with nuclear physics then he can answer to me, just um, not right now...".

The message cuts out and Jace hobbles off to line down on the coutch.
