We have reported that 2342 New Caucasian soldiers have been killed and some 12325 have been injured in battle. There are reports that death tolls are closer to 5000 or more. Air strikes are hitting hard and as a result 15 people are dying per hour.

The 14th Strategic Bomber Wing stationed in Aeqautio is being mobilized for strikes against targets within New Caucasia.

Current Targets are:

Military Installations - Military Airfields, Barrack Complexes, Naval Yards, Military Repair Facilities and Motor Pools.

A single transport makes its way through the stormy violent sea toward New Caucasia. Twenty-five men sit inside waiting to be dropped off silently onto the beach . Once inside the country, they would send back vital information to Watertest about the major cities, roads, industrial areas, and military positions.

Since most of the military targets have been taken out, I will be moving to Stage 2 of my air offensive.

Stage 2 - Support Facilities - Oil and Fuel Storage Facilities, Civilian Dockyards, Communication Facilities, and Munitions Storage.

As a major opponent of tyranny, I wish to offer the support of my nation. However, at this time we are currently mobilized for another conflict, and I cannot ascertain when we can intervene militarily. As such, we will donate $500 million to Aequatio to help fun its efforts.

I shall keep you informed as to when we can intervene militarily (Assuming the Argyri Parliament agrees)

OOC: Perhaps you are unaware of your circumstances. You are outnumbered, outgunned, and will soon be overrun. Also you are attacking me for no reason, (Unless you include secret IC that you shouldn't know about). Also just so you know, any beaches that you land on will have a minimum of 75 defense structures covering them.

Civilians in these areas are more hostile anyways. They tend to be the families of military personnel. We have had numerous attacks on troops from hostile civilians. Its not our fault they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
