Kisnesia, having departed from the UN, is looking to join an established region. We will join the one that gives us the best offer.

1). No n00b regions will be considered
2). Regions where we can make our own choices (UN or not, allies, etc.) are preferred

The Credonian Arms Federation (a region) is admitting nations. ALl nations recieve free or discounted military weapons.
