"Hello and today I'm at the site of the latest killing. Last night Lucy Collins a 21 year old girl from Tanka was killed. As usual with this killer, she was raped before being ritualy disenbowed. As usual the killer took a token this time a brest. This is the second killing in 3 days along with 3 misterious disapperances. The attacker has now killed 34 woman in this way and dozens more have disappeared in the space of 2 months. The police has put a curlfew on all girls and are roaming the streets looking for him. Thank you please RP with them. I shall give you more information on the crinimal. All the attacks have been in the Tanka area and they have all been on woman. The woman have been young all between 13-21 and have all been white. They seem to be eather rped or gang raped, (We can't tell as the vigina area is always removed) and everytime the killers the killers take a token (Usually a brest or nipple but sometimes a head.) It is a proffecinal job the killer wears gloves and the victims are at home or dragged into allyways. The one time a girl has survived (when her abduction was caught on CCTV) we know that that time it was a single man dressed in a covering his face in a mail bag. He was of avrige dimensions. When the police arrived the girl (Aged 13) had been stripped and was in the proccess of being raped. The man vanished down a manhole. After raping them he disenbowls there arms and then slitts there throats. He is also belived to kidnap woman as over 39 woman (All Slaves) have disappered in his reign of terror. They are pressumed to be dead as he always leaves one of there nipples where he as been.
That is all we have on him.

Its seems that from what you say you should have a fairly good sample of his DNA. Now this is an excellent tool, even more useful for an "evil" regeime such as you operate under, you can fully justify testing every single person in the area, on a side note i find myself suprised that you haven't actually DNA mapped all of your citizens already.

The other answer to this is to release a DNA targeted virus but don't tell anyone i told you about that.

We have DNA mapped our people however the blood is mingled between the victim and the attacker. If you have a more advanced systerm then I woill use it.
There was another disapperinace today, Susan Chalmers was kindnapped from her home. We belive she is dead.

Ahem you specifically mentioned that you rescued one vistim alive during the course of a rape, you will ahve some raher nice DNA trace from that.

As for it mixing, so what? you still would get a trace that by comparision with the DNA trace of the victims would at least allow you narrow down the perp to one of a few thousand at most and you could then arrest them all. After all if thier DNA is that close to the perps then they would be likely to do soemthing similar anyway so why not just mind alter all of them to be on the safe side (note this is a very eveil thing to do only to be considered by the msot opressive of evil regeimes).
