Dear Nations,
As Sancto grows in population, there are many that want to live calm farming lives. Colonists prepare for the long journy to a newly descovered island, name not yet disclosed. An escort service is needed. The journey will start sometime soon, right around one NS week from now [6 hours real time]. They could leave sooner to establish the colony if a naval escort arrives sooner.
We request an escort because we are but a peaceful nation and have no army. The only thing we have is a small police force. The journey would take a little more than a NS day [1 hour real time]. The journey could be cut in half, but we would then need a heavy escort due to the shortest route going through hostile pirate territory. We have a strong enough economy to support a minor colony.
After arrival, it would take several NS weeks and maybe NS months to do the nessisary reconisence and settling needed to establish the actual colony. By the time the colony is safely established, it would consist of several islands and the population of the homeland, the Holy Republic of Sancto, would increase greatly.
As we are a fairly new nation, we have few allies for this great project and thus would need a escort of a nation that we can trust. For an extra insentive, we will share a portion of the profits of the resource rich colony with any nation that could help us.
