Just today, the United Socialist States of the Free JAC Army have declared independence from the JAC. They are forming a socialist state and have captured 100 Strike Tanks, 30 Heavy Artillery, and 10,000 Light Rifles. They control the three southern provinces (mountainous terrain, barely any vegetation) and are marching on the one nearest them, the Johnston River Delta. They currently control three Arms Manufacturing factories. HELP!

Thank you. Rebel troops have now moved into the Delta, but they have been bogged down and torn up by heavy air raids, artillery strikes, and their attempted assault on a fortification.
