Unidentified Liquid Found and Up For Sale!
Fellow nations, the Dictatorship of Zazori has found an unidentified liquid under a certain part of their land. As we do not have the appropriate funds to experiment with this liquid material, we are selling it to whoever bids the highest. As I have said, we do not know what this liquid is, or does, and have not touched it since. It will be packages and sent to your nation if you wish to have it.

ill give you $1,000,000 for the liquid, and exclusive rights to the spot it was found and all other material. If I find anything really good ill either send it to you only, or water that same material down and report it to all nations.

Nope. We're not selling rights to mine it. We're just selling it. Sorry. It has been sold to Imperial Navy, and all of it is being transported to him. Maybe if we mine some more we'll put it up for sale.
I'd like to have some if this liquid if more is discovered. Ill check back to this thread regularly.
