The East Barakas Council for Human Wellness and Satisfaction have found that the act of fellatio (when swallowing male ejaculate) multiple times per week decreases her likelihood to develop breast cancer. Therefore, the East Barakan government has implemented a law so as to require the act of fellatio once per day and prohibit the act of spitting during this. We also recommend that all other nations implement these laws, so as to rid the world of breast cancer and make the world safe for all, especially those performing fellatio. So.... on your knees ladies!!!
