War on The Holy Empire of Connal
Recently, one of our reconaissance aircraft was shot down over Connal. We believe that Connal has hostile intentions towards us, so, as a result of these atrocities, we have mobilised 50 Million troops to our border with Connal. Any further actions taken by Connal will lead to full scale war.

Hm… on that principal I could launch 233 million troops in to oppose you because you are forcing around 17% of your nation into the army and launching them at someone for shooting down a plane designed to spy on them.
Now think about it… do you really have 50 million troops when in my nation (over four times your size) only uses around 8 million troops… and I never use all 8 million, instead I send a work about 200’000 which can be supplied and supported.
