As constant and steady research and experimentations continue on the advancement of Nuclear technology and weapons, Politicans argue over inhumane results of nuclear testing and launch.

Discussion and debates will continue as the Sara Mar Leader, Joey Mosticanti, figures out whether to ban or continue Nuclear capabilities.

It's kind of absurd to think that new nations start with no Military, they all start with one, it's just either not that big or not that advanced.

With a population of 5 million and a nation 1 day year old, its hard to have a military capable of taking on even a september nation. Especially if you hope to keep up your economy. The most you can have while not in total war would probably be 5% or... 250,000 men.
Also you wouldn't have the best technology, therefore 250,000 of your men might be the same quality that 100,000 soldiers of "x" nation.
but I have an ass-load of allies.
and the majority of your military is logistics and support.
