Isochronous expansion
Soldiers and settlers have landed in South Africa to set up the newest colony in the expanding Isochron Empire. It is expected that the colony will be a massive benefit to the Empire's economy in the long-term, as considerable amounts of natural resources are located there.
The native population have been welcoming of the arrival, as they have seen the technology of developed nations and can't wait for the same opportunities.
