This isn't how its done....you RP it out. Try making it seem like a news broadcast, or a speech from your head of state. At least put some effort into making it interesting...

No problem... Just make it like a story or something. That's the whole point behind RPing. Make it personal and add details and make people want to read it. Like a good story.

Much better....now you wait for the other nation to reply, and take it from there. Try to develop individual characters (like commanders, soldiers, or your president and his advisors). Its a lot more fun that way.
Good evening, today Cracker jacker invaded Shinoria bombing milatary bases and buildings, killing more then 10,000 troups and about 160 civillians,the presdent Ryan Shinoria was wounded, he was later treated and released fom a local hospital. Cracker jacker also lost about 500 troups in combat, I i'll will bring more info as it breaks
ooc: correct me if i am wrong here, but isn't it considerd "godmoding" when you declare another nation's casualties? maybe i missed something. is Shinoria a puppet state of yours? i would probly back you though, if say, you had a reason. but good job though, in spiceing it up.

Just go read a previous war thread to see how its done...
In fact for a good general idea, search for the thread titled something like "Marcell launches another spy plane". I was involved there and although Marcell was a total n00b who got owned, it'll show you how wars are fought.
