the doctors of the Dog Soldiers have identified several strains of a particular nasty germ know as mustafa virus.
This is to inform anyone who has come into contact recently with the dog soldiers may have contracted the airborne strain of mustafa.
The early symptoms of the mustafa virus include shortness of breath. difficulty breathing. dry eyes and slight reddening of facial tissue.
Secondary Stages of the virus cause puffiness of eyes and slighty redder skin around the face. followed by elevated blood pressure and temperature. headaches and nusea.

In all tests, they have effectively removed 99% of the target microorganisms (obviously, due to chance, one can never be sure if every single cell is gone).

At the airport, an aircraft carrying the ten doctors, with full medical equipment, biohazard suits, and a special canister for carrying a sample of the virus safely, took off for Dog Soldiers. It landed several hours later.
Lorenzo Corsini, the head of the medical team, stepped out first. Besides being a licensed physician, he was also an operative for the Machiavellian Intelligence Service. His mission was unknown to the others... they were just doctors. He walked up to someone nearby, and said "Excuse me, may I speak to someone in charge? I'm a doctor... here to help cure the epidemic."
