Today, the country of M-pire is planning on declaring war on max inc because the president, Max L. quit out of boyscout troop 507.
My country is young and, very weak. If anyone can show sympathy with aid i will be very grateful nad will gladly help them in their time of need

Um... if he has no justification other than the fact that you quit a boyscout troop in real life, he can't do that. He needs to have an in character reason to declare war. If he doesn't ignore him.
