Elias Petroleum the largest corporation in United Elias is looking for small developing nations taht have or think they might have oil/natural gas reserves that are not being exploted either due to lack of expertise or lack of capital to take the iincredibly expensive step of starting a pertochemical industry from scratch.

What We Can Do For You:

-Send Personell and equipment to prospect for oil, paid for completely by EPC.

-If oil reserves are found we will invest the neccessary amounts to set up oil wells, pipelines, oil terminals etc, where possible employing indigenous personnel.

-Manage the entire Operation and handle international export of the products.

We are four warlords that confederate together for international issues, and who collectively control the Wazi Desert. Citizens have sometimes found (while digging for power lines, bunkers, etc.) oil deposits. Our nation does not, however, have the equipment to harness them for market.

Excellent but we first of all require a RL world geographic location, btw we are locatedin teh moddle East region.

Also we require some information on your nations' political climate (we're not inveting potentially billions to a place where there's likely to be civil war)

Our compamy is certainly interested and before we start prospecting we request permission to send a team of inspectors to determine your nation's suitability. Also we would like permission to setup a smal embassy in your nation's capital to facilitate trade agreements.

Certainly on both counts. The central national capital, jointly controlled by all four warlords, is called Wazi City, and was established at the exact center of the nation's territory for the purpose of being a neutral meeting place. You may set up an embassy there.

Yes this would be desired, roughly how far are the suspected oil fields from Wazu City and does your nation have any deepwater ports that could be used for an oil terminal?

How far are the oil fields? We have not kept precise track, but oil has been discovered all over the country, and we believe that there are large deposits just outside of Wazi City.

We also apoligize for the spelling error, we meant "armed" escort.

We do control a port on the Caspian sea, which is fed into by the Volga river, by which you could ship oil out. We also have a small, thin strip of territory that extends down to the Arabian Sea, but no extensive port facilities have been established there other than a naval base for one of the warlords. She has stated that you would be welcome to use it to ship oil out, however.

We are developing a port down there, but in the interim, you may use the naval base.
