United Elias

The Largest Corporation in United Elias the Elias Petroleum Coporation is once again offering crude oil (petroleum) and refined fuels for Export internationally. EPC has an internatinally renown reputation for expertise, reliability and proffesionalism and therefore are the obvious choice for large contracts. Also, unlike many similar companies we have teh capbility to ship oil whereever it is needed for only a smal lcharge per barrel.

Our nation consumes 700,000 bbl/day of oil and although we have refieneries we would like to make UE the official supplier of cruise oil to our nation, in the form of an average of 200,000bbl/day if this is possible.

200 barrels of Refined Gasoline.
United Elias
02-11-2003, 21:15
Confirmed Singapore, that will require about three VLCC loads every week,a lot but manageable.

Kurlej: 100 barrels is barely worth shipping when you conisder a medium size tanker will carry about 160,000 barrels.

Imperial Guardsmen
23-11-2003, 19:03
The Empire of Imperial Guardsmen has recently had a large boom in oil usage. While we had stocks to counter this we have found ourselves dangerously low on oil for military use. We therefore wish to purchase 12,000,000 barrels of Crude Oil for our refineries and 120,000,000 barrels of Refined Gasoline for our military which is about to go into intensive training.

We would also like to know if you have any surplus JP-9 Aeroplane fuel?
Unum Veritas

We wish to make you the official supplier of Unum Veritas. Perhaps two full tankers worth per RL week?

IG; Confirmed, kersoene is avaiton fuel .

UV:

That is confirmed although we enquire as to which fuels you would like, assuming you have refineries crude oil would be most economical and safer to transport.
Unum Veritas
23-11-2003, 19:42
Yes, we have refineries, so crude oil would work.

Ferrussia
23-11-2003, 20:01
(OOC: I use Ukraine as a map for my country, so I'll assume the shipping route used would be from Port Said, United Elias to Sevastopol, Ferrussia: a ~1,150 nm trip.)

The People's Republic of Ferrussia, noting a recent slack in Ferrussian crude production, would like to establish a permanent contract with Elias Petroleum, via United Elias. The crude would then be sold to private refineries and fuel companies within Ferrussia.

We would like to purchase 100,000 barrels of crude daily, which, given the shipping charge of $1.84/barrel, should be $2,951,000 daily, or $1,077,115,000 annually. We would also like to purchase an option on an additional 50,000 barrels daily for the next (RL) week, in case demand should increase. Please let us know what this would cost.

Finally, an option on 25,000 barrels daily of gasoline and 15,000 barrels daily of kerosene (aviation) will be placed, so that we can begin a contract if war is declared in support of Omz222 in the Sniper Country/Omz222 war.

We would appreciate the timely arrival of the first shipments, and an estimate on the cost of optioning said barrels of crude and gasoline.

Thank you.

This order can be met on time and we to are considering our position on the war with Sniper Country. Our nominal charge for optioning is 12.5% of the total amount and we hope this is satisfactory.

As far as shipping is concerned it is more complicated than that. Mainl ysince the Trans-Sinai pipeline is currently non operational and will be for at least two months, this will mean that some shipments will indeed be from the Terminal at Port Said but the remainder wil be from Abdullah (a very modern port city on the Red Sea) although we will not expect you to incur charges for the additional mileage.

Once again it appears ties between our nations are increasing, a consequence that is obviosuly mutually beneficial.

Sincerely,
Minister of Trade

Your terms are satisfactory, and we're greatly appreciative of your willingness for a long term contract. We thank you for your graciousness in sparing us additional shipping charges, and we look forward to the first shipments. The option price is quite generous, and the additional $536,725 will be sent.

I too am encouraged by the increasing friendship between our two nations, and wish you the best.

Due to a crisis in the Gulf (Al Anbar annexing Kuwait) The United States of Independent Hitmen has had to look elsewhere for its oil supplies for the coming years.
As such we have "found" Elias Petroleum and consiquently we wish to make a deal.

We have 8 Super Tankers currently on route to Kuwait and we wish for these to be diverted to pick up oil from United Elias.(Not sure on how much each tanker can carry, can you give me a sensible estimate??)

If the crisis is not resolved in the gulf then we will continue to buy Petroleum and Oil from you for the foreseeable future.

Each tanker would carry approximately 150,000 barrels worth I believe.

Very well then we will deposit the appropriate payment into an account of your choosing when each tanker arrives at your port to be loaded.

If we are to continue business then we will settle the amount payed for a 5-10year contract with you at a later date.

(Im gonna give the situation ther until Sunday evening GB time to get to the point where i can get oil. If its not ok from then on you are the supplier :))
