Nuclear program has began! We will not use them except for the most extreme cases. And I mean extreme! EX: My country's capital's defenses are wearing down so I nuke the capital of the country that's attacking. I would warn that country that I will nuke em' unless they stopped. Any information on your nuclear program? I presume your talking about some sort of weapon as apposed to power, but you must be at least a little specific.
But congratulations on this new development..i guess.
Oh, and its "begun" in that case, not "began"You are correct. My bombs are atomic and hydrogen. They will be locked up, guarded throughly, and not used unless provoked by attacking my capital. Then they will have the choice to stop or perservere if they take the second choice........KABOOM!
