Tepeworld and it's new allies have started to build factories that will start to make Apache's, Tiger's and different kinds of submarine's.
Tepeworld now requests that other nations would help The free land of Tepeworld, The Republic of Dangerlands and The empire of Whitecross because we are quite shorthanded at the moment.

as your nation is new, (and hasn't started a war cry i don't think) we are willing to assist you. we have some submarine technology and theroys we are willing to trade.

We are very pleased that Syncomp15 would be willing to trade with us. Tepeworld has started it's advancing stage. It will take many months until Tepeworld will be ready to any kind of war or even the smallest battle. So Syncomp15 should not be afraid from any consequinses for now.
