Agua Puro is interested in building your airport.

Agua Puro will subcontract the Repria Corp. for construction. They build our domestic improvements, and have recently finished a renovation of the Aurora City International Airport.

The Cost to Earth and Stars will be $7,000,000,000 USD. Negotiable.
Agua Puro will also loan up to $3,000,000,000 USD at a 2% RL day rate.

Furthermore, if it is so requested, Agua Puro will send 5000 infantry to defend E&S during construction.

Will you allow us to place our shops along the port, in the airport, and inside your rail stations? We believe that on-the-go shops are a very good source of income, and they clear out that which has been in our inventory for a considerable ammount of time.

The United Socialist States of Kamerovia are interested in working on the rail system and indeed, we already have several plans for Starlight Central (The Main Station) drawn up by our head architect (and official architect of the state) Dannachev Chamberoski.

What we meant to say was that basically, the airport plans are a modification of DIA (Denver Int'l). They provide for both passenger and freight, but have much more of the former than the latter. There would be minimal freight facilities, enough for, perhaps, government use but not industrial. However, we can remedy that

An addition to up the freight capacity a lot will only cost $1,500,000,000 more. Basically 5x the plans' exisitng freight accomodations, plus 7 more runways.

The Repria Corp. does not mind one bit the extra construction, if so desired.

The Holy Empire of the Earth and the Stars has agreed to work with Agua Puro to Build an International Airport with Both Frieght and Commercial uses. The Cost, which is equal to $8,500,000,000 billion will be Sent $4 billion at the start and $4.5 billion at the end of construction. THEES will supply 3/4 of the labor force and all accommodations, and will supply any common construction equipment (trucks, regular sized contrustion cats, and tower cranes. any specialized equipment will have to be brought in.) The first helicopters are landing several miles outside the THEES capital city. Disembarking are the higher-ranking field engineers, small security forces (about 20 for the entire operation), and Andre Calhoun himself.
"Another beautiful day in the Holy Empire," he says.

Within 72 hours all the engineers should be present. Some Agua Puran laborers will be arriving shortly, not too many as we want to create jobs for the local people.

Materials should begin arriving in that same time period, and shipments will continue throughout construction.

The Holy Empire of Isochronous is very interested in building your rail and road networks. We will build the rail network entirely underground, and model it on Hong Kong's MTR. We can build it at a reduced price, if you allow us to run the network for the first 20 years of operation. In that time, we will also be funding upgrades and maintenance. We would integrate it with roads, promoting "park & ride". Also, we would like to tender implementing trams in the city to reduce traffic congestion. Initial trains are being manufactured in Isochronous, however when most of the network is complete we will shift manufacturing entirely to your nation, giving your economy a massive boost. We would also construct this at a reduced price if we operate them for 20 years, however, as a condition you would have to co-operate with us in fining motorists who don't have electronic tags in their cars and drive on the roads anyway. Construction of both roads and rail would be eco-friendly.

The Motorways will be constructed in a narrow transport corridor to minimise impacts upon the surrounding areas. An extensive noise reduction program during construction will erect more than 100,000 square metres of noise walls.

*Special noise-absorbing asphalt, and the use of earth mounds and landscaping, are other measures to keep the noise as low as possible.

*Constant speed means less accelerating and braking which means less noise and, together with noise absorbing asphalt and noise barriers along many sections, this spells out a quieter environment overall.

*As well, environmental impact has been kept to a minimum with carefully planned landscaping along the route using 120,000 trees, shrubs and plants.

What do you think of our plan for your roads and rail?

It comes at a total cost, outright, of $20 billion. However, If you allow us to operate the toll roads and rail & tram systems, we can reduce the figure to $13.8 billion. (on 20yrs operation by Translink Ltd).

Benderland we feel that you are most generous and are willing to pay you for this construction job, once again we will provide 9/10 laborers accommodations and all unspecialized construction equipment. We will as a tribute of good will give you privileges to this port when ever you are in need, and we will help you in any way possible we hope that you will continue to work with us until the end. We will pay half now and half when the construction is done.

Thankyou. It's great doing business with you. I shall revise those figures, and you save $800 million by having less underground. That's a total of $13 billion. To continue construction, however, we need you to wire us $6 billion now and the rest in installments or as a lump sum at a later date.

As for the trams, we request that you don't allow for the construction of any parking stations inside the CBD, and have them all on the perimeter so that people will use the trams. This is also more eco friendly.

The Emporer agrees with all of the agreements made and he will give the $800000000 for new plant life to be planted along areas where rail and roads meet, this will not only help with the environment but help to make the surronding country side greener looking. we agree to this project and will be sending the money to you straight away.

The construction of the Terrian airport is finished. Agua Puro thanks THEES and their Holy Emperor for their business.

The engineers and limited number of AP laborers have chartered passage back to South America and have already left. Repria Corp. has used 95% of all construction materials ordered; THEES is welcome to keep the rest. As far as the actual airport goes, use it in health!

We are most impressed with THEES and are willing to consider any future talks with their most trustworthy and respectable nation.

We have finished the construction of the sea port and it is now open for commercial and industrial use. We apologize for the slightly long build time, but we experienced a temporary shortage of workers due to union issues. Nevertheless, the construction is of high quality, completed to your specifications.

As an apology, we wish to offer you construction of a Linear Induced Magnet-operated train system between cities of your choice. LIM operates by literally hovering the train a few inches off the track using opposing polarity magnets. The commercial-use train system provides extremley speedy transportation over long distances, reaching speeds in excess of 120 mph. Construction of this will be free, and we guarentee that the union problems are solved. Since this technology is commonplace within Benderland, we can produce this at a very low cost, so do not feel guilty about accepting this offer.

(OOC: For your information, LIM trains are modern technology, in place in Japan, in case you didn't know that already.)

Please consider this offer, we are at fault for the slow construction of your port, and we wish to make up for your inconvenience.
