Built with alot of GA money before I left, noone cared when I left the GA and took it with me when it was 3/4 complete. There are 50 large offices for lease, since they aren't GA offices anymore at $10,000,000,000 each. You'll have first priortiy access to the docking and repair facilities. Our large commercia hall is open to independant retailers, with a 5% tax of your profits sold here. Finally, the 5 star hotels, fine quisine, and bars are open to the general public. The hotels have their own fine comodities such as pools, ice skating rinks, bars, restraunts, ect. Ambassadors and government officials may bring a small bodyguard to the station and they must be clearly marked with affiliation to your nation. Private stays may not have more than 2 civilian bodyguards. All government officals that are part of a leased office are given a penthouse suite at one of the many hotels. Without further adue, the station. It was originally ment to be built as a military base, and maintains it's own defence systems, though downgraded from the original blueprints. We hope to host diplomatic summits, and are always open to that if you need nuteral territory.

You may lease an office and use the docking and repair facilities, but do your military planning elsewhere. The station is a diplomatic center, commerce hub, and leasurly getaway, not a battlestation. So yes you may lease an office and use the facilities, no you can't use them as a base to go to war.

The Torontonias Space Program is looking for rented space near spacial anomalies (Nebulas, Pulsars etc.)

If it is located near anything remotely Special, the TSP would like to Rent/buy 3 offices to set up research equiptment

Otherwise, we would like to purchase a samll office to act as our embasy, (Hopefully we can meet new nations this way)

Is it alright to station a GOU there, under the same conditions as granted to Capsule Corporation?

This is gonna cost almost all of whats left of my companys current rinus, but we would like to buy a single office. Just so i know, our small space fleet would benefit from somewhere to dock. Could we use your docking facilities for it? We only have 7 ships that need docks, and all but 1 of them is of a reasonable size. The larger one, a dreadnought, is exceptionally large. Well, i hope you can fit it in.

You can lease as many offices as you can afford. You cannot have a huge docking station. You will be given temporary docking privelages for as many ships as can be fit, usually a month maximum, more under special circumstances. You will not be bowed down to by anyone but who is accompanying you

The GOU Get Out Of My Face is en-route to the station now, and is expected to be there relatively soon. Its weapons shall be deactived at the 10,000km border.
