Well you don't have to be exacted on your budget just estimate. :)

I did, and found not a lot. Even if i did, I don't want to keep checking a billion threads, one for this, one for that. Is there someone who is selling a ton of different stuff in ONE thread?

I don't know, I haven't seen many if they exist.

Remember, you can't use your whole military budget for purchasing new equipment, you also have to maintain it, buy fuel, train soldiers (equally expensive as equipment, if not moreso) et.c.

Second, I'm sure your nation has industry in it...yes? Why don't you make your own stuff.
