The Anti War Alliance of Negotiators

This alliance's mission is:

1. To protect the smaller and less defended nations of the world through negotiation and humanitarian aid.

2. To try to prevent wars encompassing many nations.

3. To prevent the use of nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons through disarmament programs.

4. To encourage the rebuilding of nations that are damaged in conflicts.

5. To provide humanitarian aid to any nations that requires it.

All nations are welcome that:

1. Are not members of an alliance that would require them to participate in a conflict.

2. That want to encourage world peace.

3. That have never preemptively attacked a nation.

4. That will not go to war except when attacked.

Klonor: Please chech the rules on that list of alliances that you are in to see if any of them obligate you to go to war.

I have checked, I am free from any offensive requirements.

StarCon does require me to defend a member nation if it falls under attack, but we are not allowed to commit offensive acts, only defensive.

Central Facehuggeria, although we are but a small nation ourselves would like to join your alliance. I do have a question however, are we allowed to send peacekeepers if a nation requests them? (Ex: A nation is having severe terrorist problems, can they ask for peacekeepers?)

As long as the peacekeepers aren't helping to kill, that would be acceptable.

Another question, is participation in wargames allowed? Technically it isn't killing anyone, because it is all simulated. If not that is ok by me too.

Our membership in the UNAOTO effectively bars us from joining, but we'll officially designate this alliance as "friendly to the interests of Copiosa Scotia" for its pro-stability, anti-proliferation stance.
