Members of the International Collegiate Association. The time has come to set some standards for our prestigous league.

1. What are the requirements that schools who wish to enter must meet?

Member nations should allow public education. Universities should enroll at least 20,000.

2. Should we participate in athletics?

Absolutely. This is Cretal's primary interest in the ICA. Yak football (American) is looking for some better competition... We hope to start membership with at least two dozen varsity sports, including track and field, crew, wrestling, karate, cross country, hockey, footy(soccer), ultimate, rugby, lacrosse, and baseball (all have both men's and women's teams).

3. How many schools per nation should be allowed in?

Two, tops.

1. What are the requirements that schools who wish to enter must meet?

I agree with Cretal.

2. Should we participate in athletics?

Agreed, however, there should be room for exotic sports. The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd lies in the Zemlya and Ostrova islands north of Siberia and Russia. Having an extremely cold environment, it's only natural for the occurance of skiing and other winter sports.

3. How many schools per nation should be allowed in?

Three, but not actually required to be exactly three.
