The Federation of Torontonias is outstreching its hand in an offer to quicken the pace of the Terraformation of Mercury. Although the project has already started, and we have one partner: The Democratic Republic of Vales, The progress is very, very slow. With an estimated 150 years untill completion.

Any nations that join the project will be granted the Terraformation technology, and a plot of land on the Newly Terraformed Mercury when it is completed, plus the nations will get a heads up on any new technology that Torontonias may Develop.
