2 Distrikts, near Listovia in Attica, have ceded from the Attikischreich. The new nation, which has named itself 'Deutscher Reich', created a subcommittee in the Reichstag, and somehow succeded in passing a bill allowing it to cede from the union. The Kaiser is not expected to react the change. The new nation, however, is landlocked, and therefore will be required to use roads going thru Attica, Listovia, and FPC.
