In protest to the UN resolution to ban oceanic dumping, The Incorperated States of Former Kuban has dumped mass amounts of toxic waste into her local waters as well as the international waters off her coast.

The Wastes including Nuclear Waster and Medical waste, are now adrift in the ocean.

In response, a company based in Kahta has sent a supertanker full of lead paint towards your shores. It repordetly has very weak hull walls and has no navigational equipment. Mercury was reportedly also mixed in with the paint.

While the Federation does not support the UN, one does not fight a fire by dumping lighter fluid on it. The FACS wholeheartedly condemns this deliberate poisoning of the world's water supply.

We issue sanctions agaisnt your nation and call upon the international community to do the same for this stupid action.
