Daistallian Military Options, Inc. is recruiting military and police personnel. All prospects should have a clean record (no criminal background). Preference will be given to individuals with SOF or SWAT training and combat veterans. Individuals with additional special skills (combat engineers, EOD specialist, intelligence specialist, etc.) will be given special consideration. All potential recruits will be vetted for criminal records, with special attention paid to war crimes. All employees will be expected to compliy with a strict conduct, disciplinary, and confidentiality code. Failure to comply with said code will result in dismissal and may result in prosecution. Anyone applying for a position should be aware of the above restrictions.

OOC: DMO is intended to be a realistic *mercenary* organization/corporation along the lines of Sandline or Executive Options. The intent is to provide military and police advisors, organizeation, and small specialist units to select nations. Counter-terrorism will hopefully be a big part of that.

Mike Reilly, former Airborne LRRP (Lurp) squad leader, retired at 30 to become a Mercenary, never made it, joined Hirgizstans National Anti-Terrorist Force, rose up to become a City Captain, he now tests new tactics and weaponry, he is 42 and has volunteered to go on a year long test and will sign on for another 5 if all goes well. Agreed?

Adrian Miracada lied about his age to join the Dominion Army as a sixteen-year-old high school drop-out and runaway. He enlisted, becoming an infantryman, and completed his schooling through the Army, eventually taking a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. He is a heavy weapons specialist, and has his airborne certification, having served twice served with the Dominion Airborne Regiment. He is also a qualified weapons technician and holds a military firearms instructor certification.

Serving initially with the Third Infantry Combat Regiment (3ICR), Miracada attended Airborne training at DFB Red Desert after four years. After the training, Miracada was posted to the Dominion Airborne Regiment. Four years later, he accepted an assignment to SWORD, the elite Special Weapons, Operations, and Recon Division. His activities for the four years after that assignment were classified at the highest levels, as is the standard practice for members of that unit. There are rumours, however, that Miracada was involved with the ultra-secret Black Shield. After his tour with SWORD, he returned to the DAR as a Chief Warrant Officer to replace senior NCOs implicated in the black market sale of military hardware.

CWO Miracada was dishonourably discharged at age thirty-one due an incident in which soldiers under his command opened fire into a crowd of civilians after his men came under automatic weapons fire from gunmen hiding in the crowd of rock-throwing non-combattants. Unfortunately, the Kotterdam News Service was on hand, and the Chief Warrant Officer was sacrificed on the altar of public opinion, despite having only acted to save his men.

CWO Miracada was arrested two years after his discharge on charges of Driving while Under the Influence and Vehicular Homicide after a fatal car crash involving a motorcyclist. Adrian served his sentance, and has since joined Alcoholics Anonymous to combat his drinking problem. Adrian has been dry for five years.

CWO Miracada looks good. However he will have to stay dry. And DWI is a capital offense here...

CWO Miracada has served his three-year sentance, and entered AA voluntarily. He has no desire to descend back into alcoholism, and thus is not a danger to reoffend.

Port Neptune, we are interested, but have concerns about quality and reliability. While we are willing to accept your offer, we would like to have a better idea of the veteran population in order to properly vet prospective employees.
