ATA Starts creating Nuclear Missiles

We will create 400 nukes and willl finish in November 2nd, 2003. Our Power is almost 2 months old, where nations can create nukes.

This 800 billion dollar project will be protected by 600 Special Elite Guards. We will not let anyone through the Main Gates, unless is a authorized permission.

This Nuclear project will be protected by a ABM System, when the construction is finished. Air support will cover, keeping the Nuke project safer.

They should be, he just started the nuclear weapons program without any technical help from earlier nations. Isotope stability of his nuclear weapons should be ground zero.

True... These nukes need a way to launch them... they have no rockets on them...
