OC:1. Exactly how do you use an A-bomb for a peacefull purpose. 2. How can we trust you?

I don't think some people will listen to you. They'll just bomb you outright for being a "threat" to the global community.

OOC: Of course, an A-bomb is only used for one thing, but Akibura's spin doctors are very good.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF BOA VISTA

The President of the Commonwealth has given orders for the 15 destroyers to bomb the Uranium Processing facilities, using cruise missiles. At press time, the destroyers have moved away from the area and the missiles are on their way to the facility. This does not constitute a declaration of war because the development of Nuclear weapons by a former aggressor nation is not allowed by Boa Vista Government Policies. We have the right to destroy them.

Sincerely

Credonia frowns upon the actions taken by the nation of Boa Vista. Nations have the right to manufacture nuclear materials. Until there is proof that they are creating nuclear weapons of mass destruction, we have no business attacking them. Start or continue attacks and we will be pressed to take action despite our nations being allies. Japann has not stated their intention to create nuclear weapons. Destroy the missiles currently enroute AT ONCE!!!

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF BOA VISTA

The President of the Commonwealth, after serious considerations, have decided to call off the attacks on the Uranium factory. The missiles have been deactivated by remote and all 100 missiles have splashed into the Pacific Ocean, outside of Japann territorial water.

The President has promised he will consult with all allies regarding any future military actions against Japann. He has also conveyed his most sincere apology to the Japannese people and his allies. However, the President has stated that the Commonwealth Government reserves the right to undertake any military action against Japann if they decided to use the nuclear materials to produce WMDs that can threaten the security of the entire world.

Sincerely
Joao Ferreira

President Sutton praises the President of Boa Vista for taking actions to ensure that no unnecessary loss of life is caused. Credonia will back any military actions taken by your nation if Japann does indeed create nuclear weapons, but we must obtain proof before we attack.
