the device is intended for:

night observation while driving cars, sea and river vessels in the dark;

law enforcement personnel to conduct night surveillance and observation;

astronomical research, etc.

The usability of the device is ensured by:
small size and light weight;
diopter adjustment in a wide range;
adjustable ocular axis distance;
refocusing of objective lens.

The monocular is fixed on a face mask. The mask is fitted on a head by a straps. For normal terrain orientation the device has unitary magnification and pseudo-binocular design providing considerable decrease of weight and cost.

The ORION-3 has high resolution uniformity in the whole field of view provided by employment of the 2+, Super Gen or 3 Gen image intensifier tube with plane fiber-optic input window. Microchannel intensifier, built-in power supply, automatic brightness control, protection against high brightness sources are used in intensifier. The monocular provides long night vision range without illumination system. For use in "absolute" dark an illumination system is provided.

REIS-D
Unmanned Aerial Reconnaissance System
http://www.rusarm.ru/Images/REIS1.jpg
4000 credits:
he REIS-D unmanned tactical aerial reconnaissance system is designed to conduct aerial reconnaissance, update target reconnaissance data, and monitor firing and bombing results at the depth of about 150 km from the forward line of the battle area. http://www.rusarm.ru/Images/REIS2.jpg
The system ensures:

round- the- clock aerial reconnaissance under heavy countermeasures in conditions of possible radioactive, chemical and biological contamination of the air and ground;
localisation/identification of ground objects;

gathering of real-time intelligence information and its recording both by the facilities available onboard and by the ground-based intelligence reception/ interpretation/decoding station;

preparation of reconnaissance photos and reports.

The REIS-D system comprises:

the reusable unmanned reconnaissance drone (URD) collecting intelligence by means of photo, infrared (IR) and television (TV) equipment. It can accumulate the IR or TV information onboard or send it to a ground-based station via radio link;

a self-propelled launcher (SPL) designed to transport, aim and launch the URD, as well as to carry out operations necessary to keep the URD combat-ready and available for repeated use;

a transporter-loader (TL) used to transport the URD, load it on the SPL, as well as search for and pick up the URD and its parachute system at the landing point upon completion of the reconnaissance mission;

a mobile intelligence data collecting, interpreting and decoding station (MIDCIDS) to interpret the information obtained either directly from the recovered URD or over the radio link, and prepare photographs and reconnaissance reports;

a mobile complex consisting of two test vehicles and a power plant to carry out maintenance operations on the URD;

a maintenance equipment set intended to carry out maintenance operations on the URD in a maintenance subunit.

The TR3-117A turbojet engine propels the REIS-D drone.

The programmed flight, lead-out onto the mission area, and return to the landing area upon completion of the mission are accomplished by means of the flight-control and navigation system.

The replaceable reconnaissance equipment container is located in the detachable nose section of the fuselage. Two variants of equipment sets can be installed in container:
the AP-402M aerial camera and the ZIMA-M IR-reconnaissance equipment;
the AP-402M aerial camera and the AIST-M TV system.

REIS-D

The REIS-D is fully self-contained system and can be prepared for launching and launched from concealed and unprepared sites. The URD can be prepared and launched from a duty position, in which the SPL is placed to perform a reconnaissance mission, with the URD kept at full readiness to be launched 10 to 12 minutes after the launch command has been received. The URD can also be launched after the SPL has travelled a distance of up to 500 km under its own power. After march, the time required to prepare the SPL for launching the URD is 35 … 40 minutes.

A crew of three accomplishes the pre-launch preparation. The URD is launched from the SPL at the elevation 15° relative to the horizon. The URD is propelled by the sustainer and booster. Upon completion of the reconnaissance mission, the URD is returned to a selected recovery point, from which it is carried by the transporter-loader to the technical or launch position to be prepared for another mission.

During the flight, the photo and IR intelligence data are recorded by the vehicle's onboard recorders. The IR and TV information is sent to the ground-based station, where the incoming signals are converted to an image on a 19-cm wide film continuously moved across the screen. The target area actually reconnoitered by the URD along the flight route can be observed by the MIDCIDS operator on the screen 30 sec. after the vehicle has flown over it or, depending on the significance of the acquired information, can be sent on for prompt interpretation to make an intelligence report. The information recorded by onboard recorders is removed from the vehicle and sent to the MIDCIDS for subsequent interpretation and decoding. Intelligence information about the first object available is available in 10 min if the information is sent over a radio link, in 20 min if the camera film is brought to the MIDCIDS.

The accuracy of grid coordinates of an object provided by the URD is 60 to 70 m.

Oops, almost forgot the last bit of information on the E-Type, not too late to edit order:

This plane is very customizable, and is usually only given to special forces teams. Given that the plane can have up to 12000 lbs of equipment and still take off, Raysia has the following customizable features for sale:

Raysian Arms Missile Reloader System, holds 6 A2A missiles each, with a 30 second reload time - 5000 lbs Average load - half of fuselage hardpoints - 5 Million each

Raysian Arms Gau-8 Vulcan Gunpod - 5000 lbs - half of fuselage hardpoints - 5 Million Each

Active Camoflauge (A multi-facted Liquid-Crystal skin with cameras... it works ;) - 5000 lbs - 50 Million

If you have any special customizations, just ask.

Here is some more great special forces tech:

This is a Modified Sikorski Cypher UAV.
http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/cypher2.jpg
Our police have been using them for years, as well as security firms, and our military.

It has been modified with thick armor plating, and more powerful rotors.

They can be deployed by planes if necessary, dropped like bombs. 100 or so of these can stealthily watch over a city. They can be rigged with any number of packages. Mainly they are used as remote control police officers, carrying heavy machine guns, or they are used as spyplanes, monitoring with camera or radar.

The Stock Cypher is $350,000 A piece, with a battery life of 24 hours, which can recharge at any AC power outlet. It weighs 300 lbs, and can hold an extra 100 pounds of equipment.

Accessories:
Sniper Rifle: $400
P90 Power Machine Gun: $450
Sensor/Camera/Radar: $500
Riot Gear/Bean Bag Gun: $500
Paintball version: $200

We also carry the Mini-Cypher.
http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/spy.jpg
This is the ultimate assassin's weapon or a key spyware tool. Mounted with a small silenced rifle, this 4-inch wide silent drone can fly through vents, hide in trees, and do anything it needs to take out it's target. Or mounted with a camera it can hover into any enemy facility and take realtime video or surveilance photos.

The possibilities are endless for these little guys. They can be remote controlled or pre-programmed, your choice by push of a button.

The Mini-Cypher is $550,000, and includes the mini-rifle and the sensor and Camera packages.
it is easy to mount whatever you want on this. The battery life is 12 hours, but can recharge at any AC Power Outlet, or drain energy from batteries. Armor plating is not available. 1 Hit (from a bullet) will take this out.

Paintball Version: +$200

Raysian Arms RS-0018 Super-Canceller (No pic available)

Basically a miniature boombox with a microphone and a few microchips, all in the size of a canister grenade. The system works as a noise canceller, effective up to 30 meters. All sounds lower than 120 decibles and between 50-15,000 KHz are effectively "cancelled out" by the negative reflection of the soundwave picked up by the sensitive microphone, and projected by the 'sound system.' It can be deployed like a flashbang, or it can be used as a silencer, worn on the body. It can be used nearly indefinately, operating on normal batteries.

Each unit costs $7,000
