Due to a heavily boosted space program, thanks to other nations that have donated cash funding as well as some of their older spacecraft, we have moved faster then we predicted, having a small fleet of space shuttles and access to a space station. Research into to these newly purchased goods has moved us to a level where we feel confident enough to build our own orbital space station. Resources about to be drilled for off world, again thanks to outside help, means we are in the prefect position to start construction.
Large enough to hold research modules as well as military and construction modules, the station will orbit the earth above the nation of wintrees. It would be nice to have grants and any construction help from other nations; in turn they would be given full access to the station.
The project will hopefully be completed within 4 years, however modules may come online before this date.
