As the first act of her administration, Kei Cho, newly elected Empress of DIDPAC (Dominion of Isla de Penguinata And Colonies) has decided to form a new alliance. The AOCN is ready to hit the ground running as soon as 7 nations proclaim that they want to become a member.

Goals and ideals are strictly for helping those nations that need it. The AOCN is dedicated to solving situations peacefully, and then resorting to war if no other solution is possible. The goal of the new alliance, if successful, will be to make sure that member nations do not get into sticky situations, and that member nations are dedicated to the role of peace through strength. The AOCN will not be restricted to members of a certain economic, religious, or political belief. However, AOCN members must agree that the destruction of terrorism in the world is an utmost concern. If a vote is successful, then each nation could donate a small amount to the AOCN's coffers to help fund a military force that would be used only for dire situations in a case that 2/3 of the alliance voted for action.

More details coming, and the groundbreaking rules are subject to change. Already several nations have voiced interest, and we hope that yours may want to be a part of something that may hopefully grow to prosper. :D
