The name says it all. There are requirements -- for now -- you must have atleast 100 million citizens and a strong military force. We run joint operations against terrorist cells, and we are Allies with any UN-Affiliated regions.

Don't worry, leaving isn't necessary. My strongest ally, -Rome-, is still in GNY and hes a member of it.
