The Return of Nazi Germany
After spending years following along americas rules, germany openly decides to secede from the united nations and change its government. Protests are declared and wars are fought, but finally Germany comes out on top, going back to its old nazi germany. No Miltaristic actions have been detected yet, but the UN keeps a close eye on Germany still. Then later on, among a cloud of suspision, Germany re-apply membership for the united nations. The application states that germany is willing to destroy its supply of Nuclear weapons, and limit its army to a sensible size, but it will keep its dictactorship beliefs.
OOC: If your "dicatorship" beliefs are to kill Jews, I'll be forced to destroy you.

The Dominion of Handschar sends a telegram to the leaders of Nazi Germany II, which quotes 50 pages of "Ha, ha, ha, ha etc" and also contains white powder. How this is done through a telegram remains a closely guarded secret.
After german scientists closely examine the white powder sent from the Dominion of Handschar, it is revealed that the white powder contains traces of Anthrax bacteria, and was sent in an attempt to poison germans. Luckily, the anthrax was discovered before it could widely spread, and no human beings were hurt. Germans seem to ignore the attempted attack, but a few days later, the UN recieves word that the Germans are massing troops and slightly increasing military funding by 20%....
