I applaud the actions you have taken to increase the interests of humanity and nature by allowing those poverty stricken souls from battlefields afar to find refuge in your territory.
It is people like yourself who transform the worlds of wars and death and of frustration and suffering to worlds of peace and loving.
In this noble cause of yours the Macabean treasury will open funding to your governmental project to take in refugees. A total of 500 million USD will be sent anually to the project manager.
