Well, there's tension between a bunch of nations and a Nazi one. However, you need to grow up a little bit before committing forces to war, becasue if others do not support you, you will be crushed. Never fight a nuclear war, unless you want a dead nation. You also need to buy some military equipment if you haven't done so, so that you do have a fighting chance. Here is your GDP chart:

Use your military budget to find out how much to spend on military equipment. As you don't seem to have much, you can buy a couple patrol boats, some fighters, a chopper or 2, and a few tanks, plus some guns for your men.

As for the 'threat', Caucasia wasn't threatening him, he was expressing a dislike for the other nation, which I can understand when looking at the first post. Any one who wants to attack Caucasia for this so called 'threat' surely won't mind if I back him up against all these quite real threats.
