Basicaly, its a collection of large guns. Designed as a quick defense for a planet while other defenses are setting up. The entire thing is huge, about the size of a WWII battleship. Its speed is similar as well, it is designed to be droped from a Justice class destroyer within the atmosphere, fly to a good spot and anchor.
Crew: 1 commander, 4 pilots, 20 engineers, 100,000 troops, 20,000 tanks (depends on size), 10,000 fighters.

2 STO cannons
3 STO lasers
1 STS long range laser
200 light laser cannons
50 ion cannons
100 figter launch tubes
