The Armed Republic of Boomness wishes to form an internation relif group, similar to the real red cross. the IRG will give money for recovery to nations that are victims of terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or civil war. We will provide medical and financial support but remain neutral in all conflicts so we can be of most help.
