150m is smaller than most aircraft carriers, that's not that big. If you're gonna land a passenger jet or a 747 or something though, it has to be about 2 miles long :)
many nations have REALLY BIG aircraft carriers... My modern tech nation Raysia has 4 Aircraft Carriers that are just over2 miles long... but you have to be careful with the design.

you don't get it, a plane that weighs 2.6 million pounds would not be able to land anywhere, no place could hold it, because the runway would have to be like 3 miles long.
Also, Raysia is the only nation with legit BWB Aircraft carriers.
