actuall, it wouldn't be extreme debt. if you got a better economy, you could pay more per year. this would be for starters. 1RL day = 1 NS year

OOC: A little suggestion, you can get away with a small program if you start with a type of V2 rockets. Small and affordable, and it will provide you with the nessesary knowledge once you a big enough to lauch a bigger rocket type the Apollo program..
do you know anyone that would be willing to sell us V2 rockets?

But you are a very small nation with a fragile economy, i should wait if i where you. Until you get a better economy, or make up the rocket yourself. Just keep it with in the range of a V2 rocket..

The Federation of Torontonias has recently been looking for buyers of the scraped ships that have been sitting in the TSP junkyard for 30 years now. They are still in good condition, but they need to be re-equipted with computers and life support equiptment. We can sell you them for 2 million each.

The nation of Ssakura will gladly donate 10 TMX shuttles (uses 3 v4 rockets) to both Boomness and WinTrees. These shuttles are og no use to us anymore, and we are glad to help younger nations.
Also, if you wish to purchase a planet, I have 2 availible in the andromana system. One is 2x the size of jupiter, and sells for 5 trillion, so you probably can't afford that one, but one is the size of Earth, and though I would normally sell it for 2 trillion, I'll give it to you for trillion, IF:
You both pay for it and l;ive on the planet jointly
You give me 10% of the mining profits from the planet's newfound Mithaynium source
Also, the whole system is well protected by me and Dying Camels.

We have noted your interest in a space program and may be able to assist you in some way. The Department of Aerospace has several, rather used, 0g simulators. Due to an excessive stock of these older models, we are willing to sell these simulators for $10 Million each. We are confident that your technical engineers can install them themselves.
The advantages of posessing such equipment will allow you to train pilots for no doubt, your planned exploration of space and manned space travel. Transversing in the harsh elements of space can be rather challenging, espically to those who have never experianced 0g environments. This equipment will better prepare your crews for "safe" transatmospheric travel. You are a small nation of 6 million with a fragile economy, but we are certain, if the price is to high, that we can make an arrangements. Please consider this proposal as we do not extend offers to young nations often.
