OOC: Copying other players stuff is exceptionally rude, especially when it is done so blatantly. If you want to make a store, do some reasearch on your own. You should not be stealing other players ideas, and if I do not see all of my equipment removed from your post (for everyone else: yes, this is all a direct copy of my stuff, including an original unit), I WILL take IC action against you.

Clan Smoke Jaguar, since you seem to be one of the few attempting to keep such acts under control, may I requyest your assistance in beating down Evopia (Who has stolen technology jointly created between myself and the Lowland Clans, has attempted to sell it openly on the world market, has refused to destroy the tech, and is now selling it secretly behind my back) and all those who are attempting to shield him for god knows what reason.

Jace, there is a difference between cutting and pasting entire reams of stuff and using an established concept.

OOC: I'm afraid Crookfur's right here. All he did was use your concept, which, to be frank, is hardly original. So long as he didn't copy things like specific stats and features, there's no problem. Since you never gave something like that, I see no cause for complaint.
In fact, I myself was strongly against WA's claim to sole rights to the Trimaran concept, as it was a real concept that anyone could come up with independant from his thread.

Here, we have a direct copy of everything I did, right down to descriptions and price.

We warn Hotdogs4 to cease copying technologies from and creating a mess to our fellow trading partner, Clan Smoke Jaguar's arms business, or we may be forced to take action.

That is... all.

EDIT: OOC: Reminds me of when a nation sold another nation's homegrown aircraft, and a few nations just copied the stats of some bombers with the designer's name in it and sold it

B3 Bomber
A Mach 2 supersonic bomber with the following characteristics
unrefueled range of 3,250 nmi.
Weight of 350,000 pounds.
payload of 15,000 to 20,000 pounds
Has been researched by hotdogs4.

This cost a total $150billion and it is now ready to enter testing in operational circumstances.
So far 4 prototypes have been built.

We are willing to sell two prototypes to any country who will pay $100billion in a war that we think suitable, this is to test the plane, you will give us the results of the test’s as part of the deal. We will also licence you to build the production model.

OR, we will lend the plane and pilots, ground crew, security personnel etc for the period of the war. NO TECHNICAL DETAILS OTHER THAN RANGE, AND BOMB LOAD WILL BE GIVEN (so in other words you can’t go and build B3’s unless we give you the info or you buy/research one, unless you have a good spy network in that case you will be able to build prototype models for very little, in this case we may declare war on you(that’s unadvisable as Hotdogs4 has a major armed force)

and i knew about the M-60 before anyway.
OOC: Yes, thank you.
I'd be surprised if you didn't know about the M60, but the price I gave is not something you could just dig up. It took me a long time to find a reference, and then I had to calculate my price from there. And whether you knew about it or not, that doesn't excuse using what someone else has written. The stats on the unit are, in fact, the only thing you could copy without plagiarizing, as the price and descriptive text are my original work. For the Ontos II, you can't use any of it. That's my original unit, and while there is one that's close (the original Ontos, which I doubt you've heard of), nothing IRL has those exact specs.
Besides, the price was taking into account our cheap labor and advanced factories. For you, it would be more like $600,000 per unit for a new M60.
