This is to all rogue states who practice piracy at space. You are only going to be warned once that any attacks on Federal Shipping, or Allied Shipping will not, nor will it ever be tolerated. These actions which are committed will result in severe reprecussions taken against the affending pirate. Let it be known now that:
1)No quater will be given to pirates.
2)The only legal punishment for piracy in space is death.
However, we provide a choice of death to the pirate.
a)Staying on their ship with all systems excluding life support disabled and towed toward the sun by remote drone.
b)Firing squad in the brig of the ship that captured them.
c)Spacing.
3)Rogue states who allow pirates to operate from their territories will be considered hostile nations and appropriate means to deal with them shall be found and used.
4)Nations supplying pirates with vessels, equipment, or men will be considered hostile nations and all ties(if any) will be severed and further action will be taken on a case by case basis.
Several Federal Merchant Marine Vessels have reported harassment over communication channels by unknown vessels which run at the sight of one of our Battlewagons closing in to protect the convoy. However even this is to much piracy to our liking. So consider this, the first, and only warning.
