The Republic of Alantinio is still in a state of emergency a few days after the arrival of Joseph Marzullo to bring order back to the nation. New development of currency will take place, taking the name of Lira. On a domestic level, the old currency is still being used to keep things running for the mean time.
After the war, all of the military have left their posts and or have been killed. And there isn't much of military weaponry besides some AA guns in strategic locations, the governing council before the government reconstructs itself and a band of military loyalists of Marzullo. Right now, we have volunteer loyalists protect the nation with common patrols, instructing citizens to keep around the cities or in their homes.
The buying of military equipment will take place when most things are secured within the nation, especially the new currency. So if any nation requests reference for their equipment to be bought, then telegram us immediately.

Well, 10 torpedo tubes, 6 forward, 4 rear. A 3" deck gun and a .50cal deck machine gun. The the torpedo tubes can be refitted to use Harpoon missiles also.

The torpedoes it carries will be unguided and shorter ranged than modern ones.
On the plus side, the deck gun can sink ships without wasting an expensive torpedo . . .

Well, some of that's correct, some of it isn't. The torpedo tubes are standard 533mm/21" which accomodate the same munitions as almost any other modern submarine, Russian, US, British etc. It can also be equipped with either the Tomahawk(cruise missile) or the Harpoon(surface-to-surface) missiles.
The submarine was also the testbed for some of the sonar arrays now carried on the LA class, though of course modern nuclear submarines can outfight it on a one-to-one basis, just a basic cost comparison mean that you could purchase about 20 of the Gatos for every LA or Ohio class, and don't believe anything can win against those odds. And of course he asked for equipment under $50 million per, you won't find any other submarines at that price.
If you no longer wish to purchase them we understand, though if you do, we will either send them to your ports with prize crews, or you can send your crews over and take them back to your ports.
