The United Soviet States of Andorice wishes to enter the Tormpson Military Academy in the ICA. Tormpson is still under contstruction, but it is expected to be finished by next year. However, we would like to be part of the ICA because Tormpson is a rather large academy, with an additional naval academy to be finish in a few years.

The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd would like to enter it's finest in education. Valkonezh University, in our capital city. This college has taught the most brilliant of minds in our Research and Development division (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=81075) in Valkonezh Research Complex. Including the ingenious scientists who have thought of the Seawater Uranium Extraction project (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=81417). However, we regret to inform that other colleges in the United Socialist States of Zvarinograd are for it's citizens perusal only as it is only of national standard.
