You can get weapons and vehicles here, like guns, tanks, aircraft, VTOLs and ships, but not men.

Honestly, 100 million credits (I'm assuming that 1 credit = 1 USD) isn't going to buy much: an F-16 runs 15-25 million, and tanks can run $100,000 to $5 million.

No. You can't sell men, unless you're a slave driver. You have to get men, and then buy them tanks, rifles, planes, etc.

If you only have 100 million to spend, I suggest that you start by buying small arms and assult rifles. We have a very large surplus of M16A2's. We can sell them for $450 each and will include 10/32 round magazines per rifle. For $600, you can get the M203 Greanade Launcher with 3 rounds in addition to the above.

Meh, I'm future tech, but androids suck, to be honest. You can EMP them out, use all sorts of signal and electrionics jammers to screw with them, and they aren't as able to adapt and improvise like humans can. Not to mention people don't need spare parts.
