The Most Serene Republic of Bio-medical-rejects is currently developing weapons of mass destruction (WMD). We know that many of the countries that border us, such as Laubenstan, are very upset by this. We are doing this to protect not only the people of this great nation, but because we can develop weapons that kill 100,000 people at a time, and that is really cool. So, what I guess I'm trying to say is look out! We may be 'testing' our new weapons in a country near you (or you instead).
