Terrorism in Eastern Attica
At 9:10PM today, a bomb exploded in an apartment building in downtown Obnama. Officials have several leads, including some papers apparently dropped by the terrorists. The text was in Russian Cryllic. The nearest neighbor that uses Cryllic is FPC, and is 20mi away from the city. The text roughly said: 'Begin the Communization of Attica'. More investigations to come.
The republic of Kazquim has many condolences for your empire. I am outraged by the terrorism that lurks in the shadows hidden by fear. I will not tolerate such behavior. I will send medical support over if necessary.

Our Socialist People's Army (100,000 stron 5 divisions) loyal to the DUMA (therefore not part of the Wermacht, since the Wermacht exceeds the 10 million infantry mark when fully mobilized) can be sent to you to supress any Communist rebellions.
The DUMA, headed by the PSOM, a strictly democratic-socialist party, does not support the revival of a despotic communism and a false ideology. Therefore it has lent its support to you.
The Heimatwehr and the Reichspolizei should be able to handle it. We are worried that the resistance -may- be coming from FPC. No one in Attica uses Cryllic.
I have very well trained spies that can infiltrate and easedrop on terrorists when you have more leads on which terrorist group acually did it. We are a small nation with only 5 million citizens but we can help in any way.

I will respect yopur opinion but you are incorrect. Terrorism are acts of evil. Even the strongest countries are vulnerable to such acts.

We can READ Cryllic, it is just not commonly used in Attica which leads us to beleive the terrorists come from a Slavic state.
