(speech by Emperor, and 5 star general Loki II)
As of today, the Empire of Urda's military scientists have started working on plans for the U.E. Serpent, and the U.E. Tiger Shark, two new military units called "mechs", that are big metal machines in the shape of a human (two legs, two arms and a head, no other similarities) that is aout 10-25 feet tall and may have different attributes, such as the Tiger Shark may be (we are still testing this out) able to survive under water for short periods of time, and the Serpent can be "launched" from an aircraft carrier, or an inland base. Right now, we are just making plans (basic things such as height and width are still being played with, so we are wondering if anyone will help out with funding plans they have ect...)
Right now we are not sure of the statistics, so we cannot say them, or do we have any pictures of this new military project. The prototypes might be finished within a year, but it will take may years to perfect them. Over and out....
