The nation of Exetonia hearby announces its intention to except a group of delegates from the Coreworlds to discuss a peace treaty between our two nations. All nations are invited to come and watch however, at this time, the deal shall be exclusive to Exetonia and Coreworlds. That is all for now - Exetonia External Affairs


The Talks have been a grand succes. Below is a transcript of the Delegation. Please PM any of the emmber nations if you wish to join and we shall add u to the list.

We will make our presence felt, three delegates and their staff will be sent for any assistance, would your talks like to be held in our nation. We are quite neutral to any other conflicts currently. :?:

Thank you for the offer however, the two nations have no problem with eachother and the talks will be held here in Exetonia. You are however welcome to send your delegates to mediate the situation over here - Exetonian External affairs

Mediation, and some sort of alliance between our two nations?

This will be decided over the next few hours by the Main government although, hopes are high that should you wish it, you will be allowed to join in an alliance with us - Exetonian External affairs

OOC: Is the Robert Powell you have as leader the same Robert Powell who started up the Boy Scouts of America? Just wondering.

IC: Air Force One touched down at Exetonia International Airport (or whatever main airport you have called it) in four hours. This is the first time President John Chris has ever set foot on foriegn soil since the inception of Coreworlds. In addition, the leader of Konhagekure Village, Hokage Naruto, is also expected to arrive, as both Coreworlds and Konoha are best of friends in every way. One could even say that they're states of one larger country. With the end of a successful war, and this now major diplomatic effort, Coreworlds should become a major world player within a decade.

I disembarked the plane with my brother, Ryan Walter, Secretary of State, and a few Secret Service guards (in reality, I don't need them too much, as I am a Jedi). The honor guard saluted, and I saluted back, as I walked up to the waiting leader of Exetonia. I noticed that some of Mr. Powell's guards are not exactly nice. Maybe it's because they think 18 year olds should not be world leaders, but eh, I just shrugged. I shook hands with Mr. Powell and he spoke...

IC: Powell walked forward to meet the first ever delegate to set foot on Exetonian Soil. The Jedi looked magnificent with his light sabre and the Dictator was impressed. If you would like to wealk this way, i would like to give you the 12 hour tour of my wonderful small nation starting with exeter itself. Welcome to exetonia.

The capital city of Exeter was magnificent, from what i've seen from the air, but i suspect there will be more interesting views on this tour.

OOC: name some important landmarks of your nation and some quick history facts. Excuse me while i switch to Konohagekure village.

OOC as Coreworlds: Okay, I will.

IC: "Konoha 1 requesting clearance for landing." the pilot said. "Hokage Naruto has arrived."

Uzumaki Naruto is a 15 year old boy, but is the most powerful ninja in his land. He wears a headband with the Leaf seal on it (see my flag), and always wears a 2 piece orange jumpsuit. He has two friends, that are frequently seen with him, Sakura and Sasuke.

Permission to land granted on Plymouth delta 1 niner. Welcome to exetonia. A delegation will meet you there.

Pilot: Plymouth delta one niner is the designation, roger. commencing landing sequence now.

After the Learjet touched down, the three ninjas disembarked and were met by the delegation. They wish to be driven to wherever the President of Coreworlds is currently at. Here is what the three young ninjas look like. Naruto is the blond kid, Sakura's the pink haired girl and Sasuke has black hair:

The Exetonian Peoples welcomed the three mysterious looking visitors with open arms. They were quickly driven to Plymouth for a look around this glorious city's port and marine biology center with the delegation from core worlds and the Exalted dictator of exetonia. The next stop was the City of Truro and it's Uranium research facility.......

"Very nice places you have here." I said. "I especially like that marine biology center."
"Yeah, those fish were so... entrancing." Sakura said. "Don't know about that uranium thing, though. Sounds ominous."

The EEG saluted as the corsage of three cars and a few Police cruisers entered the Facility 2 miles outside of Truro. It was just a small complex from the outside but, on the inside it ran for several miles. The delegates were stunned by what they saw. Over the conns in the cars came Robert Powells Voice:

Welcome gentlemen to the reserch facility of tomorrow, the International nuclear research facility. developing uses of uranium in power and medicine today for a better tomorrow.

ooc: over to you.

"WOW!" Naruto exclaimed. "It's so, so big!"
"Yeah! enough room for a carrier battle group." I added, trying to get an idea of the scale of the research facility. Several miles of underground medical facilities; no wonder Exetonia was buying up all those uranium deposits. There were scientists and technicians bustling about here and there, looking like they are hurrying. "What kind of medical beakthrough are you hoping to achieve, Mr. Powell?"

Well, we hope to find a way of using uranium and our cloning labs being built with the help of save the penguins to wipe out world disease by say, making all diseases in food dead or even wiping them out in the animal itself. As you can see here, we are currently completing the first beta tests of our current project on the cloned exetonian Great Bear. Also, we wish to have one fo the most efficient and safest nuclear power industries in the world. And over here gentlemen is where your money is going to be spent. Although not finished yet, this will be exetonias first uranium refinement facility capable of upgrading the uranium to its more stable form thus, making the process of getting energy from teh atom that much safer. Impressed yet?

We nodded, but inwardly, I was a bit concerned about the use of cloning technology because of my father's past experience (the Clone Wars), and the sebsequent misuse that began the purges, but I could detect no malice from these facilities. Suddenly, a small growling sound could be heard.
Naruto's face became a very nice shade of pink. :oops: "Sorry about that, but I'm a little hungry right now. These are all very interesting and cool, though. I hope you gain that breakthrough as fast as possible."
"Indeed." Sasuke added.
"I'm a little hungry as well. Why don't we get a bit to eat, and talk about a peace treaty over dinner?" I suggested.

OOC: I really do have to eat, so see ya!

The more stable form of uranium would be a great asset to the world, by making nuclear power both safer and slightly more efficient, the idea of killing harmfull germs before they enter the body is quite revolutionary, instead of fighting the infection once it arrives, which has always been the basis of medicine. Also it is believed that the combined use of radiation and cloning will provide the key to medicine for many years to come

An excellent suggestion. Powell led the delegates to the main lift and proceded back to the surface. He led the Delegates to the Visitors center cafe where Pierre Guston had just finished one of his grand meals. Gentlemen, shall we?

Steak, chips, peas and afterwards a little wine and a 24 tiere gateau!

"Uh, aren't we a bit young for wine?" Sakura asked. "Substitute that for Cokes, please."

No problem, declared Powell in his booming voice. Garcon, bring our guests some cokes please and, make an extra place, we have a very special delegate joining us

"So now let's see. We're already trading stuff from Coreworlds/Konoha to Exetonia and back. Now it is the time we cement that trade and make an actual peace treaty. What terms do you suggest?" I asked over the delicious steak dinner.

The terms i would suggest for now are that neither nation take action against the other for the duration of, however long you wish. also, any naval escort that could be provided to our merchant vessels would be good.

"Noted. How about a mutual defense clause to go with these fair terms? All three of our nations, with our defence united, are much stronger than any one alone." Naruto pointed out. "Let's see. Coreworlds has bought a lot of stuff, but is cutting back until they grow larger. We bought a carrier, but not any planes yet, but we will. Any military forces you have (is it okay that you can tell us what you have?) would also be helpful."

OOC: I gotta go. Will continue RPing tomarrow. Bye!

"The ambassador to Dol Suqualit, and Naruto are right. We all need each other's support if some war-happy dictator tries fighting one of us. He will not only have to fight one nation, by the militaries of three others as well. That will make him think twice before committing his forces to fight a multifront war." I said. "Now if one of us declares war, we would need a good reason to commit our various forces before jumping in. Major human rights violations, major bullying of smaller nations, that sort of thing. So would the defense clause be okay in the peace treaty, Mr. Powell?"

It would be acceptable in deed. Now, lets get down to writing this down :D

"All right!" We cheered. Then, we started the writing. A first draft:

Exeter Pact

We hereby declare that the four nations of Exetonia, Coreworlds, Konohagekure Village and Dol Suqualit have pledged themselves to a Treaty of Peace and Security from now until whenever we decided.

Article I

The four aformentioned nations pledge never to attack each other for any reason. The exception would be if one nation has become a terrible dictatorship, with the attending atrocities. Then we shall see if it is necessary to use force to take down that dictatorship.

Article II

We hearby open our nations' borders to trade, with no tariffs or other obstacles to that trade.

Article III

Any attack on one nation is an attack on all nations, and we will pledge our services in defence of that nation.

Article IV

Any nation that wages war on another nation, if it wishes to have the services of the other(s), must give a really good reason before we will commit forces to aid.

This is a first draft, so feel free to amend it if you wish. If this draft is good, we will sign it and send copies for our congress/parliment/council/etc. for ratification.

we see no reason to chnage this agreement. Powell picked up the pen and signed his name. he then awaited for the other three nations to do the same

The Dol Suquait ambassador, having returned from making several phone calls to the Dol Squait government returns and appologises for the delay as the Prime Minister Has been en-route and will arrive shortly... almost as if on cue Prime Minister Jamie Cutts enters the room, complete with his aides and bodyguards (ooc no offense but u know how it goes im sure u took similar precautions) sits at the table after greeting each of the other national leaders and reviews the treaty... after this and another short telephone conversation with the Dol Suquait Government he takes up a pen and signs the treaty

Excellent, the government of Exetonia suggests NRTA - Nuclear research treaty Alliamce as the allaince name, any others?

Nuclear Research Treaty Alliance...NRTA...I like it! We will send a copy to Congress for ratification, as will Naruto with his high council.

Our prospectors have recently found large amounts of uranium in the south west of our nation, im sure you will all agree that this is good news, im looking forward to begin modernasation of Dol Suquait's almost obsolete power plants, however we would like to ask for assistance in their construction to keep them as safe as possible as this form of technology is somewhat alien to our country

As a growing nation, a fast one at that, we seek to grow in the international community. We would like to submit our name for this nuclear development alliance. Our board of affairs supervisors and department of nuclear regulations and treaties have both reviewed the terms and would agree to accept them all in full, and with full compliance.

Is it possible, Exetonia and other allies, for you to aid us? We have declared war on a nation called Edolia, who firebombed civilians protesting their occupation of Zenti. We also pledged to help Yurka out, as they were attacked first. Now, the issue is slavery, but we are not fighting for slavery, but to defend Yurka, because we have friendly diplomatic relations, and also some of their children are training in our Jedi Academy. If you don't want to join because of the slavery issue (I'm urging Yurka to release it's slaves) that's fine. If you do want to join, then here is the link:
